Today was my first time walking into American Freight and I had an amazing experience at the Jeff City location! Once I walked in I was greeted by Jerry. Jerry was very personable and had great product knowledge, he took the time to help me find new furniture and even explained the differences between furniture brands, explaining the benefits each one has. His customer services skills are impeccable and he is not your average pushy sales person, he allowed me to look around the store and followed up with me in a reasonable time. I highly recommend anyone who steps foot into American Freight in Jeff City to ask for Jerry.
Jerry was incredibly helpful! We got screwed over by Ashley Furniture and we were STILL waiting 6 months later. They hooked us up, we were able to take home a couch TODAY! He was incredibly nice and helpful! Thank you guys!

Jerry and Kate were so awesome! They helped me get a mattress, and a box spring and accidentally put the price wrong on the mattress and I forgot the box spring (they were super busy) and I didn't notice till the next day. I went the moment they opened the next and they hooked me up with the box spring and fixed the price. They were so easy and great to work with. They made the refund easy and they were super nice and helpful during the confusing. I'm so glad I bought from them because anywhere else would have told me tough luck for not paying better attention. Thank you guys SO much!
Jerry from the Indiana store helped us in the Jefferson city, MO store today - he was fantastic! Answered all of our silly questions, helped us a ton! And even helped us pick out a new living room set!! 5 stars for Jerry! We will definitely be back, or travel to his store!!!
