We had a great experience with the Mattress Firm store in Jefferson City Missouri. Eric Thompson was our salesman and he was able to answer our questions and helped us to select what we hope is the last mattress we will need to purchase. We were able to take advantage of sales prices and found our overall cost were lower than we expected. I would recommend this store.
Eric was very nice and informative. I just moved to Jefferson City and to be greeted by his smiling face and information shows exceptional customer service. I feel like I've been welcomed to Jefferson City with a perfect night sleep! Thank you, Eric!!!
Great customer service. The saleswoman even saved me money by suggesting better products that ended up being cheaper then what I selected. The purchase was quick and easy. I was also able to pick my items up at another location that was more convenient at the time.
