Placed online rapid order and went to store to pick up order, clicked I’m here but no one came out...waited twenty plus minutes. No one came to the window either. They had signage on the door that the drive through was open, but nope. Called corporate who attempted to call the store and they would not even take their call! If the store had to close I get it, but remove the outside free standing signage to order with the app! Had to request refund from corporate. This was the first time I tried to use this location and it will be the last, management at this location needs retraining at the very least.

Have you tried Paneras Onion soup? If not you should. It's awesome. I did a pick 2 with the onion soup and steak and cheese sandwich. So good.

I used to be a lot happier with Panera in it's St Louis bread company form. Seems like they're trying to be too healthy. If I wanted healthy food, I would just buy a salad at the store. They're probably not that healthy anyway. Foods good for what they have.

Went there a week ago and got a hot coffee. It was just hot water. This time, I got coffee, but there was a big glob of coffee grinds in the bottom. A mouth full of coffee grinds isn't a great way to finish off a $4 cup of coffee.nnThere's also a sign in drive-thru that says that customers should be patient because they have staff shortages due to COVID. I understand that. What I don't understand is that there were two employees inside handling food without a mask on. If you have staff shortages because of Covid, it doesn't seem logical to have people not taking the proper precautions. Also got frozen coffee and it was fine, thus the two stars instead of one.
