This place used to be the best place to get donuts in the world. I can remember being a little kid and my grandpa taking me up there to get donuts and watch the trains. But since Al has sold it the place has really went downhill. I stopped in this morning September 30, 2020 got 2 glazed donuts and a filled long John. The glaze donuts were cold not room temperature cold but been in the Refrigerator cold and they are not near as big as he used to be. Pretty sure they were made the night before. The long John left a lot to be desired as well. The pudding had a funky taste to it and the donut itself was super small compared to how they used to be. Long story short I feel like they are cutting corners to save money and their product is paying for it. If they keep it up I’m sure they won’t be around much longer. Product quality just isn’t fair as it used to be.
Used to be a great donut shop. Haven't been there in a couple of years. Did not look clean. Donuts were terrible. Doughy in the middle. Bland in flavor . Will not go back.
A favorite of mine and has been for years. Even after new owners took over years ago still maintain best quality and tasting doughnuts ever!
Great little shop! Excellent donuts and really friendly customer service!
We've been coming here for more than 20 years! I love this place!
