I can't say enough good things!!!nI originally had an appointment scheduled with back and body works. They double scheduled my appointment time and cancelled on me when I arrived. I frantically started calling other places to see if anyone could work me in to help with my extreme pain.nMassage envy got me in within 30 minutes! The staff was fantastic and super friendly! My therapist, Jason, was amazing!!!nI went in for issues with my shoulder which I have had constant problems with since surgery roughly five years ago. Jason was able to get it worked out and restore my movement and range of motion!nI could not be happier and am starting monthly sessions!

Subscribed to monthly service and paid for year in advance. I started my year in February and they where so kind as to automatically renew this for a whole year. So now it’s August thinking nothing of this place because I wasn’t planning on going back due to how poorly it was ran.Every day this week they have taken out a hole months worth of fees so 3months of payments in 3days!! till I put a hole on my banking account today. When I called to ask they informed me they had for got to take out the money but that I still owe them till next February. This is one of the many reasons this place is poorly managed Guys this place really isn’t worth our time or money anyways.

I don't normally leave reviews, but I have been going to Tyson for massage for the past few years. If you are looking for someone capable of providing enough pressure to help with areas of concern, he is your person. He has been a massage therapist for at least ten years and is very professional, knowledgeable and even has a good personality. He is also able to identify locations where you are tight and need more attention, as opposed to just going through the motions like some therapists do. He also uses slow strokes, which I find to be more useful and more relaxing than those who move too fast.

I've been going here off and on for a couple years and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service and professional behavior of the staff here. Facials, stretches and massages are all very satisfying. Every bit as good as luxury spas minus the high price tags.

The last appointment I had here was one of most uncomfortable experiences I've ever had and the subsequent handling of my concern and discomfort was very poor. The masseuse small talked during the whole massage and applied Extreme pressure even after I repeatedly told her not to or that hurt. Additionally when she leaned over me her stomach would rub on my head and face. I was soooooo soooo uncomfortable. I couldn't move my neck the next day and when I followed up with Manager and told her about my experience they agreed to cancel my contract but would not refund me for the awful awful massage I received. Just disappointed in the poor customer service.
