Hands down the best massage I have ever had in my entire life! Charlie was absolutely amazing and the girl knows her stuff! I walked out of there floating on a cloud. I am booking my second appt with her ASAP.nnThe ladies at the front desk were absolutely wonderful, sweet, and personable too. I will recommend The Spa at Briarcliff to all my friends and family from now on. I can’t wait to get back there! Bring a bathing suit and enjoy the complimentary hot tub room! I didn’t want to leave.

A friend booked us pedicures for my birthday and we came a bit early to use the hot tubs. The girls that greeted us were the sweetest, the hot tubs were AMAZING and so relaxing, and the pedicures were wonderful. The nail techs (Bernadette and Richelle) did such a great job and were so friendly. It was such a perfect way to spend my birthday morning!

Never have had an experience like this before absolutely amazing. Very beautiful, relaxing. First time getting a message. Will definitely be going back. A very good choice for couples.

The masseuses were extremely nice. However, there are no robes or sandals. Just an FYI if you attempt to use the whirlpool. The lounge area used to have water and an assortment of snacks but not anymore. When you are lying on your stomach for the massage, they have a towel covering the area to breathe for the head attachment. It was extremely hot and I was not able to breathe. I asked to just lay my head on the side, flat against the table. By the time I got up from the massage, my neck was in much more pain than when I started. I now need to make a chiropractic appointment ASAP.
