Worst service ever! Three replacements and weeks for shipping. My husband is fighting cancer and his side of the bed has a leak, so he wakes up on the number 5 setting (50 is the highest, my husband was sleeping at 32). I requested a replacement nearly two weeks ago, three days ago I asked how much longer the replacement would take, I was told (by 1 of the 2 people a customer is able to speak to) 7-10 business days. When I asked if there was someone I could talk to about getting it sooner, I have not gotten a response, as well as still no shipment. The second replacement took almost three weeks to get here, after the representative tried to tell me the only way he's send the topper replacement was if I kept the bed as is after he sends it. I also paid an additional $300 for an extended warranty. Don't use Personal Comfort if you want a good night's sleep or decent, caring, actual do what they say they are going to do Customer Service!
