Karl was very responsive to us from the very beginning. He walked us through our options in the showroom, came to measure not long after and kept open communication with us - even during the pandemic as we waited for our cabinets to arrive. He addressed each of our concerns, when we had them, and came to personally inspect a few areas of the cabinets that didn't meet our expectation. I felt that he provided fast resolution and we are happy with the final look of our space. I will recommend (and already have!) Choice Cabinet to friends who are searching for new cabinetry at a fair price and with good service!
we had a good experience with the cabinet company, we had a few issues but they were handled as quickly as possible during these trying times. we do love the cabinets, they are exactly what we wanted. we would use them again and recommend them.
These folks are wonderful to work with. We finalized the decisions on the new cabinets and left town. Circumstances prevented us from returning. Karl and Debbie worked with us regarding this and were amazing. Choice Cabinet of KC says what they will do and do what they say when they say they will do it! Honestly can't say enough good things about them.
