Very kind & friendly!!! The lady that helped me was pregnant & went above & beyond!!!!
They have the best garden center of all the chain hardware stores and always an interesting clearance section if you enjoy rescuing an abused perennial needing some TLC or two (at an attractive price). The staff are always helpful and aren't hard to find if you need help.
This is a great location, the employees are always friendly and helpful. Tia was super nice and helpful and I want to say Tony short african male as a manager was really nice when he was called to price check something that didn't ring up correctly. KEEP LOWERING THEM PRICES HERE WE LOVE THAT!!!!
I got a great deal on a refrigerator. I couldn't haul it right then and they didn't have any appointments available for delivery til next week. I told them I would be back later for pick up. The gentleman said it would be up front waiting. We showed up to get it and it wasn't up front. It was still in the same spot as when I purchased it. Ok no big deal. But they kept helping others and seemingly forgot about us. We waited twenty minutes for them to bring it up not even half way across the store. When I questioned it, I was told that they never bring the appliances up front before you arrive. So I was given wrong information but not getting it for us right away was the real problem.
Most of shopping was seamless. Steve from Pro-desk is great. Did have trouble finding a few things.
