My new carpet looks and feels great. Adam was very patient with me while I chose my color. Never felt any pressure to buy. Price was great! Also, had 1 concern following the installation, they came out very quickly and resolved.
Came in the store looking for carpet for my house, and was approached by the manager of the location Jenna. Jenna was amazing!!! Her knowledge of all products was crazy! She was super friendly and took her time to show many different styles and colors that would fit my home! I would recommend visiting this location anytime to anyone! Karastan sale price was great! Adam was so helpful in picking the right carpet for my needs. Carpet Corner has been around for years and there is a reason for that. Quality business!
Five stars for Carpet Corner Gladstone and everyone I had contact with whether it was Bruce Klein our salesman or Bill and Cory our carpet installation specialists ! Great ease of picking out samples, taking them home to make my perfect choice. Bruce came to our home to measure and then gave us individual estimates of each section we were thinking of replacing. Our order went in and our carpet came in faster than we anticipated so we decided on a date that was convenient for both us and the specialists who were to work with our carpet, laying it on many stairs and two rooms. They arrived at our home at 9:30 a.m. and didn’t walk out the door until after 7:00 p. m., leaving the house all in order and looking beautiful. What a transformation! Thanks Carpet Corner Gladstone for making this so easy for us. You all deserve a lot of business with all the great customer service that you give to everyone.
