Needed appliances for my rental property. Nichole was a great sales associate who helped me (and was really fast without making me feel rushed!) She even referred me to the Pro desk where Randy was extremely helpful in getting me tied into the best discounts possible, and Brad the store manager introduced himself and I will ALWAY drive a few more miles to this Liberty Mo Lowe's because it is worth it! Highly recommend THIS store!

Eh, some really helpful people some are just like la la lala

I have previously bought appliances here and never had a problem. Towards the end of May my refrigerator went out. so I decided to purchase one from Lowe’s since I had had good luck with them before. I ordered it online on May 28. The email said it would take a while to get it. This was in the middle of all the Covid stuff so that didn’t bother me.So on Thursday, June 11 we got our refrigerator and we were very happy. But the gentleman who brought it in was not very friendly and the website had said that it would be a safe delivery and he came in and did not have on a mask. My son and I had on our masks. He was an older gentleman too. So then we went to the store and had to replace everything that we had lost in the refrigerator which cost quite a bit. then exactly 6 weeks later are brand new Frigidaire refrigerator went out. we had just gone to the store the day before and filled up our freezer and refrigerator. So they sent out a guy from Frigidaire who was very nice and he said the Compressor had gone out and it would take another week to get the part. So we had to live out of a cooler for another week. My son-in-law got upset because he did not feel we should have had to pay for food again after just six weeks. So he called the store and talk to a manager, I think his name was Danny. He told my son-in-law that they would reimburse me for the food and we needed to send in our receipts. So we did all that.The compressor got replaced on the refrigerator has done well since. Then they said we had to have the invoice from the guy replacing the refrigerator compressor. But he did not leave one but he had given us a ticket number. Well that was not good enough for them, And they said they would contact the guy who came to fix it. It has been about a month since then and we have not heard anything. So I think next time I need a new appliance, I will go elsewhere.
