We purchased a new sectional and recliner at this La-Z-Boy over the weekend. Kerstin and Lena were really patient with us and made sure that we were going to be happy with what we picked out. Kerstin spent a several hours with us making sure that the pieces would fit and look great in our living room. We had to pay a little extra for it, but they even set up delivery to Omaha for us. We’ve owned other La-Z-Boy furniture and have always liked the quality of the products.

Lena was very helpful when I came in looking for a lady size recliner. She walked me through the store showing many styles to me. I was debating on my color selection. She let me check out the sample materials. I called her back and told her I wanted floor model. She want going to be there the next day, but had every thing prepared for me. They took it to loading dock and put it in my small SUV. Very positive experience!

My wife and I were shopping for new chairs over the weekend. This furniture has been needed for over a year and we are just now getting around to replacing our current seating. With all of the COVID-19 protocol continuing to impact our community, it's tough to know if it's worth the effort to shop for things other than the daily essentials. The La-Z-Boy staff in Liberty rewarded our trust with obvious efforts in place for a safe shopping experience. The store maintains constant vigilance to protect its patrons and staff. In addition, we were given a pressure-free shopping experience by some of the friendliest and most helpful staff that I've had the pleasure to work with in the industry. From the moment we entered through the front door to the time we concluded our purchase transaction, we felt welcome and truly appreciated. We were offered assistance and also water multiple times as we perused the showroom without ever feeling like anyone was simply interested in a sale or to hurry us on our way if we chose not to purchase something. We also happened to be shopping on a day when they were having an amazing sale and we were able to get a great deal on much needed chairs for our living room!! The whole experience was an A+!! We would definitely return to this location for future shopping needs and would recommend this team of professionals for their hard work to keep us safe and provide top-notch customer service!! My husband and I had a wonderful experience shopping at the La-Z-Boy showroom in Liberty. Kerstin listened to our design ideas and showed us what pieces would work and fit the best in our home. Getting to see the pieces to scale in our space was also assuring that when the furniture arrives everything will fit and not seem too crowded or too sparse. She also showed us area rug choices and other design elements that we selected. We are so delighted with our choices and we really looking forward to our space coming together!

The sofas are beautiful. We waited around 2 o 3 months to get delivered but it was worth it. The only problem was one of the delivery guys (entrepise Co) He didn’t want to take my old sofa where I told him, he came to my house in a hurry and started yelling at me because I didn’t clear the space for the new sofas, but I was told at the store that they will do it for me, it’s why I payed for.nSo, please next time don’t send me that kind of Company, that wasn’t for free.
