Five star experience all around. Debbie was so kind and helpful. She truly made my first mattes experience quick and easy. Also made it fun for the kids I nanny. They loved coming in and trying the beds out. 100% would recommend going to the mattress firm at shoal creek. I know next time I need a mattress I will be coming back! Thanks Debbie:)

This was a pleasant experience. Becky was very knowledgeable & helpful. There was no pressure to move up to more expensive items. Only a real quest to help me find the best matress for our needs. Definitely recommend.
Casey is a good salesman, enjoyed talking to him. Got us a nice mattress. Your computer system was not operating properly which was kinda frustrating .
Casey and Becky are life savers!!! First I will say, I HATE shopping for mattresses. Went to a couple different places like NFM and ended up at Mattress Firm Shoal Creek (wish we would have just started here). We walked in and got helped right away! Buying a mattress for my son with him not with us is a task all in it's self but Casey and Becky suggested different types and explained them all to us. They made everything so easy! Will definitely be back for all our mattress needs and will send everyone here!!! Thank you again, you are the best!!!!
