Lindsey was a great help! Very patient considering I was very indecisive on what to buy. She was attentive and answered all my questions with no problems. We had been searching for furniture but no one had anything in stock but they did here! We walked out with exactlyvwhatvwe wanted and felt we got a great deal. Plus they deliver and set up, too for a reasonable price.
The shopping experience was great and our salesman was very helpful. However, we got our new $2,200 Kenmore Elite fridge home and there are several issues with it. The door alarm won't stop beeping even though we've done all of the leveling we can and this morning, the fridge has an error code so we can't use any of the buttons on the refrigerator. American Freight sold us a warranty so we called them but even though the contract and salesperson said the warranty begins immediately, the warranty company refuses to help us for five full business days. We called American Freight and they said there's nothing they can do for us. So we have this beautiful fridge that only half works and paid over $500 for a warranty that can't help us. Only buy from here if you don't mind hanging out with a broken fridge for a week.
