My Bed Bath & Beyond is closing and is now liquidating. Signs are clearly marked all over the store and all receipts are highlighted that all sales are final. No returns! All staff were courteous and helpful and doing a fantastic job keeping the store running and keeping sure people entering were wearing masks. I was dismayed and annoyed however by fellow CUSTOMERS that were hateful with staff over following two simple rules. I hear all the time that you can't get decent customer service anymore but I believe you must start by being a decent customer.
This store is closing and being liquidated (That's why it gets only one star.) But the other Bed, Bath & Beyond in the shopping center at Barry Road and I-29 is still open for business. (It deserves 10 stars.) Covid-19 has damaged Bed & Bath. They decided to close their money-losing stores, and this store near Liberty was the only store in the Kansas City area slated for execution. Sorry to see it go. Always enjoyed shopping here. RIP...
Great place, had everything I was looking for!
Exactly what you are to expect from a Bed Bath and Beyond. A good selection of housewares and various degrees of value.
Sad its closing but there are other locations nearby. I dont normally shop here because its so expensive but, this store was nice. We went close to closing not many people there which was good gave me time to look around.
