This place gives me a headache. Drove through the drive thru not twice but three times because these people never know what they’re talking about I always have issues picking my prescription up.
September 2020 - Reading the reviews, it appears they are not all from this store and not even about the pharmacy. I am reviewing the pharmacy at the walmart store at 5261 n.e. antioch road in kcmo. My insurance recently changed and the one and only time I have used my new pharmacy is to get a flu shot. I had excellent service above and beyond what I expected. They inquired about all other vaccines to see if I was up-to -date and checked the 'system'. Very friendly and informative service.
Wonderful people and service; at peak hours long wait.
The Lady I talked in the phone with was very rude. ( Becky or Backy) something like this. She didn't help at all.
Tonight the pharmacy gave me someone else's medication. Mistakes happen but I cannot believe people can be so careless. I have been waiting since Sunday for my meds. Three times I was told they could get a partial amount ready and I could pick it up that evening. Every evening until tonight it wasn't ready. I get home and see that they gave me the wrong thing. There's nothing I can do now because they are closed. When I called the phone rang an insane amount of times. What if I hadn't noticed it was the wrong pill?nnUpdate 5/10nnPicked up my correct meds. Received a refund, gift card and numerous apologies. I appreciate them being accountable and explaining that they take this very serious. Businesses retain customers by handling complaints correctly. I am grateful for the way they handled this situation.
