These cookies are delicious and decorated amazingly. However, every time I go to this store they never have mixed (decorated and sprinkles) boxes available. When I ask, I am told what is out is what is available. The KCMO always offer to put a box together if they do not have any ready.
Love, love, love!nI say all the time, if I wanted something to crunch on I'll eat chips or crackers but these cookies are so amazingly soft and they stay soft days later!nYou can freeze them and take em down to enjoy later and they are still soft and full of flavor.nI'm pretty basic and prefer their oatmeal chocolate chip cookies.nOn the regular they have 14 different flavors to choose from and in addition they have a monthly cookie and sometimes a few more flavors.nThey have iced cookies and cookies that go up to I think 24inches!nSeriously the best cookies ever in my booknGreat prices too!
I bought an Eileen's membership card for $5.00 and used it almost weekly for an entire year. After it expired I went into the store to renew. I purchased the card and ordered 7 cookies. The teenager who worked there forgot to give me the card. She was distracted by my cookie order and simply forgot. Today ( 1 week later ) I realized I never received my card so I went to the Liberty location (where I purchased it originally) to get it. The teenage worker behind the counter suggested I buy a new one. Considering it was there mistake in forgetting to give me my card to begin with, I don't see this as a good business model, especially to long term repeat customers.
They made a cookie for my family reunion and it turned out awesome! Also got four dozen cookies! Everyone loved them! Will order from them again! Thank you for the great job!
I love there cookies. But I especially love there icing. They also make great cookies cakes for very responsible price.
