First time going to Dunkin. Placed an online order, which worked great. Coffee tasted great. They didn't have what my husband ordered through the app, but they didn't hesitate to offer a refund or a substitution at no additional charge.
Excellent donuts and coffee! Grandkids love this place and the employees always treat them like royalty! Always clean and well kept facility an easy drive thru, if needed! Perfect for on the go and fresh donuts each and every visit! Fantastic!
I go here way more than I should. Most all of the staff are very cheerful. If you go more than you should like I do, they'll start making small talk with you at the pick up window. (I like this, so to me it's a plus.)
Every time I visit this location, busy or not, they mess up my order. Today I ordered a bacon wake up wrap and hash browns for my four year old and due to past experiences with this dunkin I decided to check my food, well sure enough they gave me a sausage wake up wrap.. so I had to wait for them to remake my order plus they tried giving me the wrong coffee and had to remake it. Well sure enough I get home and realize they didn’t give us our hash browns.. I don’t go here very often anymore because I continue to have negative experiences. I have tried calling this store multiple times but for some reason no one answers and I have yet to receive a call back. I guess I will just have to call corporate.
Service is getting better, but still have issues from time to time.
