The manager in the evenings is not a nice lady. At all.
Always great place to shop. You can even find some high-end foods there
This review has been a long time coming so it might be lengthy. We use the deli alot like most people for lunch meat and rotisserie chicken. The last two years when getting lunch meat, if we want it cut thinner than what is already in the case, the women at the deli say they have no more of that kind of meat and either get whats cut or go elsewhere. They outright refuse to cut the meat the way we want it, forcing us to shop somewhere else. We had asked the store manager for help and he did not make them cut the lunch meat the way we asked for it (very thin) and didn't care if we shop somewhere else. I have learned that I can make a corporate complaint and believe me I am so angry that I will go as far as I have to to get this resolved. I will not ever shop here again.
I was craving a certain cut of meat they were out of til tomorrow. They made one up that was similar and awesome!!! The meat department. Robert and (Roger?) Thank you!!!! This is why I shop Price Chopper! Customer service!!!
They have kind employees waiting at the door offering hand sanitizer and masks to those who don't have any. They have a very large variety of products. And the staff are always kind!
