Matt at Southern Floors went above and beyond to help us with our flooring. We live more than an hour away and he helped us over the phone all he could and then offered to stay late so we could come look at samples. He sent tile and grout samples home with us so we could see them in our lighting. We placed our order and he had everything ready for pickup the next day.
