I called to get an estimate for having my hardwood floors refinished. We originally scheduled to have them out on Thursday, but they called to reschedule due to being double booked due to a system error. They rescheduled me for Friday between 5:00pm and 5:30pm. I waited past 5:30pm and had to leave due to other obligations. I left a note on the door explaining the situation. I got home and checked the note and our surveillance to see if anyone swung by, just late, nope. Didn’t even receive a phone call or anything, just got stood up after having to already reschedule. Wouldn’t recommend to family, friends or anyone else.
Highly recommend Signature Floors! Estimator was quick to come out and provide an estimate. They beat local competitors prices by a long shot and were happy to supply us with multiple samples to choose from! They redid our carpets of 12+ years with carpet they recommended to us, after we chose the design, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. The installers were incredibly quick, efficient and courteous; hardly even knew they were there. Hands-down recommend using Signature!

Yesterday was my first visit to Signature Floor Coverings. I was very impressed with the showroom and selection. It is a family owned and operated business. They lady that assisted me was very knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased flooring there instead of Lowe's because I liked the people and the store. I definitely recommend shopping here and the pricing is competitive.
