I have been a customer a long time at the belton panera, I always get great service. Brittany is there a lot, she is so kind and courteous. Even when it is really busy she is still so kind and works her tail off. She deserves a raise! You have a great employee.
So we decided to dine in. They have taken alot of trouble to social distancing their dining room but forgot to have someone in charge of cleaning tables!! And taking out trash and dirty dishes big ol pile fallen over on floor really kinda gross!nSoup was warm at best! You can have my Panera bread!! I don't think I want anymore.
The food is good. The atmosphere is enjoyable. The staff is always courteous and helpful
Just went after a funeral.They made both my husband’s and my food incorrectly. We took it back, stood there for 10 minutes while a sandwich was remade . The assistant manager came out and questioned my husband about the wrong meal. She got an attitude with HIM when she asked how it was supposed to be. I ended up not eating my meal. And his 3rd sandwich was still wrong.. Got a refund for a partial meal! Horrrrrrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!
