Was a car at the window. Then me trying to place my order. I waited at least 20 minutes why the “worked on the persons at the windows” order. Everyone behind me kept pulling out and leaving. I actually love their coffee. But every time I come here I dread their wait. I don’t know how Starbucks can get 30+ orders done in Less than 4 minutes but they can’t even get one order done in 20 minutes. Seems like they need new management or staff. I will not be returning after today.

Went in the Sapps station to get a coffee and donut at this Dunkin’ Donuts. It was 3:02pm and the girl wouldn’t sell me a cup of coffee because they closed at 3:00pm. It was clear that the coffee hadn’t been poured out and all the donuts were there on the shelf. She was just standing against the side counter doing nothing but couldn’t sell me a cup of coffee. There no way she had time to count down her register either. Don’t advertise “Dunkin Donuts” on the big outside sign if you can’t even stay open till a decent hour. Stop using Covid as an excuse!!!!

This dunkin has the slowest drive thru. Everytime I come here i wait for at least 10-15 minutes with only one other car in the drive thru. And they are usually out of the donuts I order. They do not have a good staff and are never prepared. I ordered a coffee, a donut, and a breakfast sandwich.. it should not take over 10 minutes.

I love the Dunkin Donuts coffee flavor! This DD has a drive thru or you can walk in. If you purchase 5 gallons of gas from Sapp bros. you get a free med coffee from DD.
