As as sales person I look at the total package. Smokers are nice but FORGET about customer service! You can order one online and NO ONE will even call you. If you get over that shock and purchase anyway DO NOT expect a call EVER asking you how the smoker is performing or not even a THANK YOU. Its almost like they are doing you a favor by letting you purchase one. Bill wants NO PART of talking with a customer. Suggestion, fire your sales team and start over, your profits will increase by getting rid of worthless sales people.
The Ace MM is one of the best smokers iv'e ever used.
This is a manufacturer of commercially used smokers for the restaurant and food service industry. These smokers are are one of the best available. Chances are your favorite bar-b-que restaurant is using one of their units.
