DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. BBB rating of F. I wish I'd known beforehand. Ordered several months ago. Scheduled delivery and set up. Was called at the beginning of the delivery window that pieces of my sectional hadn't arrived. Waited weeks more. Scheduled delivery and set up, again. Was called at the beginning of the delivery window, again. Was told the wrong pieces had arrived, labeled as if they were correct. Asked several questions about how they might make me a satisfied customer as opposed to a very dissatisfied one. Still haven't gotten answers to those questions. Still haven't gotten my furniture. The in store staff are nice. The ownership and corporate structure shouldn't be allowed to sell lemonade on the side of the road. Their system is broken on multiple levels. If I could set this to zero stars, I would.
Brian, my salesman, was very courteous and pleasant. He gave me all the time i needed to make my choice. There was several great couches and recliners to choose from. I chose the Capehorn model because of the extra luxurious feel.

Tyler was awesome by the way. I really wish I could have completed the sale with him from start to finish.nnMy wife and I went in to purchase a $3700 sectional after taxes/warranty/etc. I thought delivery came with free setup as well but at the end, the front desk lady explained it didn’t and it would be an additional $75 for setup.nnTypically I’m fine with this but their attitude at the front desk was abysmal... literally making us feel bad that they have to add the $75 to the contract on a $3700 purchase. I also assumed delivery did include setup on something of a purchase price of that so my fault there for expectations. We wound up walking out on the sale.nnAll in all, don’t make me or my wife feel bad because you have to remake a contract and do your job.
