Very slow to acknowledge me stood at service desk several minutes before anyone spoke to me
One of my FAVORITE places to shop. As with ALL big box stores, it's sometimes hard to find a sales rep to assist you but I feel Lowes (Cape G) does BETTER than other Lowes stores at making sure you can find or get help. I LOVE having my Mil. Disc. given RIGHT AT CHECKOUT.
Showed sink on website, went in to order and was told it could not be ordered any longer. So much for shopping locally
We had to drive 40 minutes to get to the store, and we went for one specific item. When we got there, the store did not have the correct staff available to help us with our project and products. So unhappy.
The store is well stocked. Plenty of help in the store to ask questions. A very nice checkout clerk named Dimon was quite helpful. Great experience today.
