They have just what I need and more.
The manager on duty (Mark I believe) was so friendly and nice. Made us laugh, and made the extra effort to stop by our table and ask us how everything was before he left. Food was delish! Extra onions for me, just like I asked. Hot, and plentiful on the servings. We love this Panera! The manager made the experience even better with his friendly and welcoming personality. 20/10 great place! Highly recommend the cranberry orange muffin. It was a perfect balance of crisp tart and sweet. For reference, order #554356 10/05.
The food is wonderful, curbside pick up is fast and a great service. Todd provided above and beyond customer service after a little mix up with my order. The staff is very friendly which makes the experience even better!
No issues with the food. I ordered soup through the drive-through, received it and drove away. I then stopped to have my soup, and there was no spoon in the bag. I had to go back to the restaurant and go inside for a spoon. There was a half-hearted ‘sorry’. I think a restaurant selling soup should have better quality control to ensure a customer receives a spoon.
Very quick curbside pickup. Love the broccoli cheese soup. Also had a turkey bacon avocado sandwich. It was good but could've used a little less lettuce
