We have been using this pharmacy for over 2 years, we've always had a great experience even when it didn't go the way that we wanted (insurance hiccups, doctor says they called it in we're going to fax it in, but it had not been done yet) the pharmacy techs are always very helpful, explain the situation and offer a solution if there is something I can do to assist (i.e. youmyou try calling the doctor's office and let them know when you're here now so they will fax over the prescription).nThey've also been really great when I have forgotten to call in my refills, jumping through hoops to get it done the same day when possible. I'm also a fan of the new texting option that sends a reminder saying you should be due for a refill on XYZ, all I have to do is respond accordingly and my refill is entered.
the crew working in the pharmacy where already busy but made sure that my son would get medicine. they jumped through hoops calling multiple pharmacies and even the on call doc that my son had seen to move mountains and make it happen all while maintaining a smile and a calm composure. I was extremely satisfied with my customer service i had recieved.
I couldn't be more pleased!
Took 4 trips to get Rx filled. They kept giving me the excuse that someone forgot to fill it. Girl waiting on me was in a bad mood and very rude.
I was there over a year ago buying strips for my daughters blood sugar meter but I didn't have enough money. Payday was a few days away and the hospital stay the previous week in St Louis drained my bank account. The pharmacist there (isn't there anymore) paid for my strips. I've never felt that type of kindness from a stranger before.
