I have called multiple times to ask when we would get our new couch we made an order for 2-3 weeks ago. Every time i call they tell me they will call me back. At this point i would like to cancel this order and find the furniture else where. They only want the sale. They don’t care for anything after that. I will be contacting higher. Thank you for nothing.
Matt was very helpful and kind along with the manager. They went above and beyond for us with customer service and delivery. Our family is grateful and they helped with our peace of mind!

I went into the store looking for a new mattress. Tested out four and then looked at one for quite some time. After 45 minutes, we still had not been greeted or helped in any way. What’s worse yet is that there were 4 salesman at the desk. Very disappointed in service. Will not return and can’t wait to take my business elsewhere.
