Appliance guy stayed on his phone while i waited for help so Mernards got my business!!!
Had what I needed at a reasonable price.
Normally, I get a military discount with My Lowes account. I tried to buy a washing machine on line but couldn't find a place to put my account number. I opened a chat line, explained my situation and asked for help. She said that if I signed in at the front of the order it would show up. I tried that and it didn't show up. I called the KC Kansas store and they said if I ordered it over the phone, I could bring them the receipt and they would give me the discount. I decided to go to Osage Beach and buy it in person and take it with me. I still didn't get the discount because Lowe's doesn't give it on appliances. Why couldn't they tell me that the first time?
Quick visit today but noticed they have Christmas items out already.
Great will shop with you all again !!nThank you for not having ridiculous guidelines like some other stores.nAs long as you all keep to what you all are doing in Osage Beach Missouri we will continue to shop there !! Thank you !!
