I ordered an Ugg Blanket for my wife before Mother’s Day. Although they were quick to charge my credit card for the blanket it is now July 1st and we still doing have the blanket. Contacting BB&B is nearly impossible and when you finally get someone to answer all you’ll get are empty promises. This company seems to be completely dysfunctional under the current conditions. They’ll take your money they just don’t send you what you paid for. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
Leaps ahead of Sarasota BN&B for certain. Big store and inventory. I'll be back !!
