Slumberland Furniture - Osage Beach

We have purchased items here over the past 13 years & have been very pleased with the prices as well as the service. Liked the no pressure service. Very helpful but not pushy. We looked at the same chair at another furniture store that was selling the chair at a discount, but their discounted price was more than the regular price at Slumberland. We bought the chair on one of their advertised sales & got a super deal. We highly recommend them.

I placed a furniture order in June of 2020. The furniture was brought to my home Saturday of Labor Day weekend. All my old furniture was removed and 2/3 of the furniture was brought in to my home. After that was delivered they informed me that 1 piece of the sectional was broken without giving me the option to refuse it all to begin with. So for the holiday weekend I had 2/3 of a sectional. I was told that the new furniture would be replaced in 2 weeks. The new furniture was delivered a couple weeks later and I sat on the furniture and the love seat that they just brought and it broken half. I called 5 minutes after delivery and told them what had happened and I felt the front of the love seat and they had just stuck a board behind the main piece of the love seat. It was obviously the original broken I was told at that time they would get a new loveseat ordered for the sectional. That was 5 weeks ago. I told them I wanted a whole new sectional because I did not want the fabrics to match and they said that would be taken care of and it would take about 6 to 8 weeks to get the furniture and again. I have never had any updates unless I've initiated them. I called today and was told that the furniture wouldn't be here until the middle of January. I told them I wanted all the furniture removed and I'm going to go somewhere else. I believe that slumber land is a sneaky and deceptive company plus they've charged my credit card for furniture that is not complete and broken that is unacceptable. I would never recommend doing business here. They just picked up the furniture which I'm happy with. They have very good delivery people. Upon receiving the credit the issued it was over $200 less than what was charged to my account. Still working on that resolution. I was told over 2 weeks ago all of my money would be refunded. Today I got the credit card bill and NO refund has been issued. When I called the store manager said didn't they give me $5000 dollar check 2 weeks ago. I said no it was supposed to be credited back on my credit card. He did however know I returned grey sectional. I told him you can give me $5000 which is 500 more than my purchase was. I wish anyone who had a job would do it correctly!!!

Had some time to spare, so I decided to stop by last week and check out what was new. I was greeted by a helpful woman who made every effort to look up additional options for me and to continue helping me as I walked around the store looking for other furniture pieces. She was very helpful and I'm delighted to see my new soft when it arrives.

Slumberland is an Awesome store!! Their customer service is outstanding. Austin was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me.nI have purchased several items in the past and I cannot say enough positive things about this store and the employees.

We have bought furniture here many times and we always have friendly service. The sales staff goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you want and not what they want you to have. Great quality products.
