5* for the employee! No cappuccino blasts, a lot of ice cream looked old and had ice crystals on it. We were able to get our fav Jamoca and Jamoca almond fudge which was JUST what we came in for and devoured. The woman working was AWESOME, funny and apologetic when I couldn’t get my large “crackaccino” blast.
Employee did not want to put effort in to make a shake as it was to much work to clean machine. This has been excuse 2 times now as traveling through. Baskin Robbins really needs to evaluate the future if this location.
The waffle cone I had was stale. The ice cream was good, the service worked out but I specifically was craving a delicious crunchy waffle cone. Not having a BR near me, was happy to drive by - only to be so disappointed by a stale waffle cone.
Disappointed again! Everytime I stop at this location there is an issue. Either they are closed but Subway is open or they are out of the ice cream that I want. They need a new owner or to get it together!!!
