I booked an appointment at this place for a 90 minute medical massage and she stole my money! I booked online “contactless” as requested on the site and when i showed up the place was locked. I called and could hear her phone ringing through the wall and she said she didn’t know she had an appointment. Did not offer to reschedule, I asked if she could refund the money and she said yes. I called every day for the next 3 weeks and she did not answer ANY of my phone calls! Never saw my $150 back! I have receipts and confirmation numbers in the email but she is nowhere to be found!
Christal is the most experienced and professional massage therapist I have ever been to. Every time you come in she asks you questions and does everything she can to make sure you are feeling better when you walk out! I am able to work my long hour days thanks to her! She has made a dramatic difference in the way I feel daily! I will continue to see Christal and I highly recommend everyone else to see her as well! You will never be disappointed!
