I love the Auntie Anne’s in Independence, MO. Unfortunately the Manager/Staff member (older, short haired, dirty blonde) at the Saint Joseph location puts the name to shame. Extremely rude to customers. We were told it would be a 15 minute wait for fresh pretzel dogs, and asked if we could shop and come back in 15 minutes. After ignoring us the first time, she snapped at us with a “We close at 5”. More concerned with getting customers away than service with a smile. After ordering a large, we also received a small. Would not recommend. Pathetic.
good pretzels that are delicious for a fast food place! however the most of the staff are a bit rude.
The best place to get hot soft freshly made pretzels. There is always a long line but you don't have to wait a long time.

The food tastes good but has blacked areas on the bottom from overcooking. This has happened on separate occasions with different items.
