Jason was remarkably helpful when I needed a mattress in quick order. He helped guide me through the mattress buying process, cutting through all the fluffy marketing talk. My order was placed right away at a great price. Totally makes sense to avoid the overhead of big box retail stores and order a mattress from a pro. I'd go to Mattress by Appointment every time I need one for myself or any of my extended family.
The entire experience was amazing! Jason met me at a time convenient for my schedule, showed me all his inventory, patiently answered all of my questions and wasn't pushy. I ended up upgrading to a higher quality set, on my own, and had the best night's sleep since I've been here in Columbia! He delivered for free and even came right back with a larger size when I realized my bed was bigger than I thought. What a guy?! I'd recommend anyone....
Jason (the owner) is very helpful. He let my husband and I try out mattresses for 25 minutes with no complaints, even though we specified we wanted a low-end mattress. We bought an XL twin set for just under $500. We were thrilled!nnHe knows his stock well, and most (or was it all?) of what he carries is made in the USA. Any mattress he doesn't carry he can try to buy for you. He's comfortable with silence & is willing to stay at his desk if you need space.nnTry Jason, he's great!
Reached out to the guy late Friday evening about purchasing a Queen mattress tomorrow, and he was very friendly and responsive. Went to the location and was anticipating meeting DJ, and he was knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. I walked in at 1pm, left at 1:25pm. Queen mattress was at my home by 3pm! Huge praise! Will be recommending to family and friends! Thanks guys, loving my mattress!
