I recently visited this showroom in Columbia, MO. The girl at the front desk told me to look at tubs and lighting for my new home under construction on line. She didn't offer to help or assist me. I went in to look at options but I ended up leaving within 10 minutes. I ended up getting my tubs and lighting elsewhere that day with helpful considerate people. I figure if you don't have good people working for you then what good are you to me as a consumer?
Katelyn is knowledgeable and eager to help. I'm looking forward toward working with her on master bath remodel.
Friendly and helpful staff, not overbearing. Full range of appliances and fixtures. Definitely a must, especially for new construction.
