Bad customer service, store was really hot, but did have what we wanted.nnWas just in store for 2019 Labor Day Sale and my husband and my two kids tried about every mattress, but not one employee talked to us except from the initial hello we got from a man who made a little joke which we did appreciate. We were ready to buy a mattress too, but couldn't justify buying something without customer service.

This was the best furniture buying experience I’ve ever had. After years of dealing with inferior brands and big box stores for furniture, my wife and I decided it was time to pull the trigger on some quality furniture built to last in our busy household. Drue was very helpful. He wasn’t pushy and let us take our time with our decision. He was more than happy to take the time to explain all of the options, warranty, and insurance. We are now happy owners of a new sectional and hybrid mattress. Can’t wait to break them in- gigity.

Drue at Baumgartner's Furniture in Columbia is the best at what he does. We went in looking for a new mattress, he showed us all the different brands and styles they carried. We settled on a Sealy Hybrid firm. After we got the mattress home and sleeping on it the first night, we did not like the firmness of the mattress. I called and expressed our concern on this. He didn't hesitate and got us the softer version. He even offered to have it delivered to our home whenever a truck was coming our way. Which I ended up traveling to the Auxvasse location and getting it ourselves, because it was our mistake. We love our bed and will be buying from him again in the future!!!!!

I love everything I have purchased at Baumgarter's. The customer service has always been great! Drue was very helpful.
