They are very helpful people and always they help me finding my stuff .
If the pharmacy techs are all going to take the same lunch put on the hours. I should not have to wait 20 minutes when the hours tell me they are open. Its ridiculous.
The Automotive Staff was very helpful and were very pleasant. They helped me find the wiper blades I needed (twice because one style didn’t fit) and waited on me to lock the doors by automotive so I could grab a few things without having to get back in my car and drive around. They even stayed late to help another gentlemen and I.
Was great before Eric left. Now I hate going and seems like they don't know what their doing and don't care about the people at all.
We were very happy with the service Kimberly gave us yesterday at the Wal-Mart Vision Center. My two-year-old daughter has been given an Rx for glasses. Kimberly got her a coloring book and showed her a picture of her own family -- which helped our daughter stay put and stay calm while we were trying on glasses. Kimberly was very patient with us and did a good job explaining our options. We were not gimmicked into anything. Kimberly was also wise to ask me how I was doing (as mom). She had the wonderful insight to know that it was hard for me to see my little one get glasses. I was astounded to get such personal service at Wal-Mart. The reason I give the review 4 stars instead of 5 is that there is not a HUGE selection of children's glasses. However, there were at least 3 purple frames; a feature that is important to little girls looking for glasses. Some of these frames were just $9.
