The small blonde man with tattoos on his arm was extremely rude to us in the drive-thru for no reason. He seemed irritated when we ordered, and ended our interaction by rolling his eyes and aggressively slamming the window shut. My experience with the employees at Baskin Robbins is usually good, but today’s experience with this man was extremely distasteful and uncalled for.

They only had 3 flavors of ice cream. The employee said their truck didn't come last time and he wasn't sure if it would come next time either....? Why would they accept that? Looking through the reviews here on Google, it seems this isn't the first time this has happened. How can they even stay in business doing this?

Great customer service. Awful product. This location is never fully stocked. We ordered a banana split. They only had one banana in the shop, it was extremely bruised. The hot fudge was cold. The menu displays Pineapple topping, though they do not in fact carry pineapple topping. The icecream did not redeem the circumstances either. The flavor was far from satisfactory. Overall a disappointing experience.

I would give -20 stars if possible. The last THREE times I have came here they have said the supplier truck either broke down or they were waiting on their supply to arrive and they only had 3 or 4 weird fruity flavors left. On top of that everyone that works there is rude. If they consistently only have 3 or 4 flavors when the brand is supposed to have 31 then they clearly need to re-evaluate and change their supplier or trucking company because this is unacceptable. And if they’re going to be okay with repeatedly disappointing customers with never having ice cream when they’re an ICE CREAM SHOPPE then they need to at least hire nicer employees to break the news. I’ve never seen a business more okay with mediocrity.
