Never have chocolate long johns anymore ud83dude1e
Terrible service this morning. I asked for an iced chai and they are out which is fine. Then I asked for an iced mocha and instead of explaining what I could get from DD she rudely said we don’t have that and had the worse attitude. She purchased an iced coffee when I clearly said iced latte. Where is the good customer service? I’ll gladly spend my money elsewhere. My first and last experience at that location.
I used to really enjoy going to this Dunkin, but now the service is just awful. Every time my roommate and I go, the person who takes our order has some snide remark to make. Some of the people working there need an attitude check
Drive thru machine hard to hear that or the lady was speaking too quiet. Got my fill of sugar, but they ain't fresh that's on the real. Convenient location, otherwise may end up going to the other one further down providence if this quality don't be improvin
At noon and with as busy as they were I was surprised that I paid over $10 for what tasted like 2 day-old doughnuts. Yuck.
