An employee never wears any gloves when handling people’s food. This is a health code requirement in any food establishment. Anytime you touch your face, hair, personal items, etc. you are required to wash your hands for 20 seconds. Not to mention he wasn’t wearing a face mask which by the way is mandated by the city of Columbia.
Almost always a good experience, good coffee and food! One time they were completely out of donuts but it seemed like there was only one employee there. The employees are always so so nice!
I love dunkin. But the people working are extremely rude. The people at the window popped an attitude very quickly. And when I said have a good day she went “ha” and rolled her eyes.
Stopped in for a cup of coffee at 2pm, no cars in line. Had too brew it I guess. Waited way too long for a cup of coffee, people working did not seem too like there job. Kinda rude. Definitely understand why they are all closing. Stale doughnuts and bad service. Won't be back.
