Got there near seven, it wasn't very crowded. Service is typically good. The place has an awesome atmosphere.

The Columbia team worked with me when we had the incorrect address for a gift I was trying to send. They tried to deliver it multiple times and kindly dropped it off at my home this evening. Cookies were still delicious. Thanks for the great customer service.
Not really sure how you can go wrong with cookies, but you can't always put the products at the forefront of a business. Sometimes the service makes all the difference. I placed an order 2 days prior to V-Day for my husband. When placing the order, I was advised that I should allow a half hour grace period for the deliveries. No big deal, that was doable since I could allot for the extra time knowing this information in advance. When the time for the delivery had come and gone, I waited an hour and a half post deliver time before call the store. I was then advised that I should have allowed for a 2-3 hours grace period, rather than just 30 minutes. I completely understand that V-Day can get crazy busy for Hot Box Cookies, but keeping the consumers well informed on what that grace period actually was should have been clearly conveyed when placing the order. Had I known any of this, I would have planned around that time frame accordingly.nnUltimately I had to cancel this order and ask for a refund, due to the fact that my husband had meetings all afternoon and couldn't wait around any longer for a late delivery driver. Sorely disappointed.
First time trying hot box cookies, they stayed busy late! Great cookies and great ice cream to go with their ice cream sandwiches!
