Misleading information!!! The hours have changed! I was very upset to drive all the way there to find a paper sign taped on the door about temporary hours. Then you need to change it online.

Every time I go, they don’t know how to make the simple drink I love to get at Baskin-Robbins, the original cappuccino blast.nThey would make it with less portion then it has to be. I ordered a medium but the portion is like a small size one. This happened every single time i went there. I’m exhausted to ask them again and again to make with the portion I have ordered.nOr they wouldn’t blend the ice cream and the ice. It’s like eating a bunch of ice instead of drinking.

The worst Baskin-Robins location I’ve ever seen. They rarely have a sufficient stock of ice cream. They are consistently out of vanilla and chocolate! The ice cream sales area seems dead every time i go inside. It’s as if they’re planning to close down the ice cream side (as opposed to the Dunkin Donuts side). When you ask why they are often out of so many flavors, employees come up with different excuses all the time, none of which seem plausible.

The staff was friendly and all but I didn’t see one pair of gloves andnnthe lady helping me kept sticking her thumbs in the ice cream every time she picked a flavor up or put it back. She even still had her wedding and ice cream from the last order still on her hands. Then while eating I found a fruit fly in my ice cream

1/5/19 @ 8:15pm I bought 2 qts of bubble gum ice cream @ a cost of $17.90. Each qt. should weigh 24oz. They felt kind of light when she gave them to me. Weighed them when I got home. One was 18oz the other 19oz. Come on Baskin Robbins, when I pay almost $18.00 for 2 qts of ice cream I expect 48 ounces of ice cream and no less.
