I've been a few times usually very good. This time they were playing loud very inappropriate rap music, and the pretzels are down right gross. Very chewy like old bread.
Everyone loves these kinds of foods. They are feel good foods and I was on vacation when I had the opportunity to try them. It was a really good experience and one that I would definitely want to try again. It was a nice treat.
If you get fresh pretzels, then they're great. If you don't, then they're meh. I get heartburn every time I eat there, also. I much prefer Chikfila's lemonade to Auntie Anne's. Also, prepare to spend a ton. 3 pretzel bites, 2 medium drinks and 3 dipping sauces = $24!!!!
The ladies working around 4:40 10/5 were wonderful! Delicious pretzels as always.
Lady at the register was extremely rude. Didn’t want to answer any of our questions. We were there at 12:45. Just completely ignored us. What a joke!!!
