Emmy was awesome to work with. I had a strong idea of what I was looking for and the price I was willing to pay. She took me directly to 2 good options that fit and a third that was slightly off from what I came in looking for. No pressure from her, just three great options that fit into my goal without overwhelming me with too many options that we both knew was not what I wanted. Super easy. Picked one. Bought it. She clearly explained delivery expectations. I highly recommend both the store for fulfilling what I wanted at the price I wanted and Emmy for being very courteous and leading me directly to the choices in my parameters.

I love going to Furniture Row in Columbia. They have a MASSIVE selection of quality furniture to choose from. No one has ever hassled me to purchase anything. It’s just a pleasant experience. I’ve bought 2 beds and now 2 sectionals. The service, selection, and staff are all amazing. I live over an hour away with dozens of choices closer by, but I keep going back because I know I’m going to find what I want at a great price.

I’ll tell you guys what, you better hold on tight to Bobby Jo. Best sales person I’ve ever come across. Not to say the rest of the staff isn’t more than exceptional but I dealt with Bobby Jon he most and she really made the entire process easier! The store was clean staff was nice I could even tell that other staff members were smiling under their masks! Really great environment to buy furniture! Job well done Furniture Row!

Very Happy with my Service! Jeff was knowledgeable and very helpful! He sold me a sofa without even trying! I appreciate the service over the phone as well! Everything was easy and quick to set up. Made payment via Applepay on my phone! Very happy client! Can’t wait for my sofa to arrive!
