My wife and I had a great experience buying a couch and a love seat from Slumberland. We were very pleased with Bruce. He was able to advise us on what to look at quickly and we didn’t feel pressured into buying. They by far have the best price on La-Z Boy sofas. Highly recommend Bruce and Slumberland in Columbia Mo.
So.............we went in just to look! You can't beat the layout, the price or the selected items we need in a great color. Can't wait for it to get here and replace what we have. Mark was our Host, and yes I say host, it was like he invited us into his home. He listened to our requests and then pointed us to so many options I lost track. He noted too that we kept coming back to the same sofa. Love it so much, we bought 2. Best furniture store in Columbia! Reasonably priced & great service!
The salesman we worked with was Brad and he was amazing. He answered questions honestly and knowledgeably. He explained options based on our needs and wants. Her then did the best thing ever... He walked away to let my husband and I discuss everything. When we were ready, we found him and we walked out of there with a king bed and mattress with the budget we gave him. I can not explain how happy I am with the quality of both the customer service and the product. Thank you Brad!!
I purchased a sectional during the Memorial Day sale and received the sectional a few days ago. It’s so comfy and beautiful quality. We purchased online after going to visit the store. The salesman, Bruce was very helpful and friendly. Very happy with this purchase. Would recommend shopping here for your furniture needs.
Ordered in St Louis to be delivered in Columbia.nSt Louis screwed things up and Columbia store fixed the delivery up immediately.nOne item was damaged when it arrived.nCalled Columbia they sent new item out immediately it was there within the hour!! They people who came out were very nice and efficient. We are VERY impressed with Columbia Slumberland!! Thank you Harrison for the best customer service We have had in a very long time!!!
