Paid $10 for the most pathetic sandwich I’ve ever seen. They put no effort into it. It was missing 2 ingredients, dry with just a dot of Mayo and all they said is that they were out of ingredients (if I wanted a chicken and cheese sandwich I would have gone home) . They didn’t offer to make it right by offering something else or a discount. Very disappointed in quality. You pay $10 for a sandwich you’d expect something better than what your 10 year old could make
Bacon, egg and cheese wrap was very good. Good caramel latte. Wish they had white chocolate mocha. Prices on board not updated. Change angle of board so can make decision before reaching order spot
This location is hit or miss. Sometimes I have nice employees give good service. Sometimes bad. Sometimes not so nice employees give bad service. Sometimes though, bad employees give me good service. Sometimes my stuff is right. Sometimes it's horribly wrong. Sometimes the food is good, sometimes its not. Sometimes the line take 45 minutes, sometimes it moves fast. Sometimes my bagels are bagged in their own little bag, sometimes they're thrown on top of my other food so cinnamon sugar gets everywhere when I try to eat my soup. It really can't decide as a restaurant if it's going to be good or bad. Quality control is the key yp success here.
Ordered the Spicy Thai chicken salad and, unfortunately, it was not as good as in the past. It looked like the salad was sitting around in a bag and when ordered, it was just poured out. The salad looked old and unappetizing. They need better presentation on this salad.
Consistently forgets food, unapologetic. Service is unacceptable. Won’t going be going back.
