Bought a freezer from Ozark car rental what's supposed to be a frost-free freezer. The freezer keeps frosting up really bad. Had mentioned it several times since January they finally come out and look at it and tell me that it's frosting up because it's too full. If I can have a freezer that I can fill up why have an extra freezer. Understand that while you're paying on merchandise from this place they are supposed to repair it I'm not getting any service on my freezer I have asked him for a week to come pick it up and they still have yet to come pick it up now they keep coming up with another excuse why they can't get out here to pick it up. I do not recommend this place to anyone the service stinks !÷
