Always super friendly willing to help meet your needs of whatever you looking for. Decent prices for good furniture. I would Absolutely recommend it to anybody looking for a good furniture at a decent price.

Always a good company in the past to work with. I ordered a couch and love seat on Tues 7/14/20. Offered to pay at the time and was told would not charge me until it came in just in case I did not like it, and I was told they could sell it if I did not want it. Gave them my contact information and was told they would call me when it came in. Was told deliveries were on Wednesday. Called back on Thurs 7/30/20 to see if furniture arrived. Was told it hadn't and that with COVID there was some delays, was again told deliveries were on Wednesdays. I gave my contact information again and was told I would be contacted when it arrived. I waited another 2 weeks. Called today 8/14/20 and was told they could not get it and when I said a phone call would have been nice the owner Kevin stated he did not even know I ordered it. Very disappointed...If they had called could have gotten from Westco when I bought other furniture that Packwood did not have.
